There's creatine in my preworkout supplement and I happen to love it! Really makes a difference in strength and endurance for me. Plus the temporary water in the muscles makes me look stacked :)

Fage is the king of Greek yogurts IMHO. I did have a Liberte Greek yogurt yesterday and its the most comparable to Fage.

I'm a heavy lifter and most of my "rest days" are active rest days. They usually involve some yoga or hikeing. Maybe 3-4 times a month I will have an actual rest day and that's because I can really tell when my body is gettin over trained.

"Clean eating" doesn't really involve "2-3 unhealthy meals" a week. It's possible to eat out and still eat clean.

You answered the question. Eating under calories= weight gain/plateau. Or you could be underestimating how much you're eating and over estimating how much you are burning.

Great advice here. Something that helps me, pickles! Not sure if its the vinegar or what, but one pickle an hour or so after dinner just removes any cravings. At this point it kinda symbolizes 'the end of eating for today'. Closure I guess:)
