Turbofire HIIT! Fast, tough, results! Its the only workout that after a year, I still am not sick of. Of course I incorporate much more into workout now. However, i still do at least one of Chalene's turbofire's hiit rountines a few times a week.

count it ALL! veggies are still calories (not to mention sugar, carbs, etc) You're probably going over your 1200.
