I tried um for 2 months... shrug noticed no difference in those months and any others where I was watching calories and exercising. Stretch by kneeling and keep your heels close together ditting on your own feet. Ice and possibly better shoes.. Thats really all that will help. My go to low calorie veg food is Tofu salad sandwiches. Firm tofu drained and mashed with a fork. add mustard, vinagar. oniion, celery, and relish until you love it! sometimes I just eat it with a spoon and forego the carbs! Good luck!

I do P90X just rotate it in with my other workouts. I do not follow their food plans and workout 5-7 days a week, couple days at the gym, 30 day shred, Tae bo, P90X, Zumba the other days.... Although P90X is by far the hardest of my options I just try and do something from P90X at least once a week. It makes everthing else…

I don't believe I have ever tried to convert anyone and I slip up occasionally so maybe I can't claim to be a veggie anymore. I did this a couple times and it worked although I wouldn't say I recomend it. Also I only lost 8 pounds and gained back 4 when returning to just normal eating under my calories. I say if it works for you go for it!
