I accually was more comfortable in my body before I lost 50 lbs... all the extra skin hanging makes me feel more flabby than I did before and I am more self conscious of it now... shrug. Good luck with feeling more healthy and hope you find what you're looking for here!

Way to go for making it 15 minutes! Only thing harder than 30 day shred I have found is P90x... and I have still to get more than 20 minutes of that one accomplished... I am on level 2 of 30 day shred and been at it for almost 60 days! lol pat yourself on the back for what you did and try again!

there are thousands of wonderful quiona recipes... if you have a pinterest account search there! I litereally look at what I have and serch two key ingredients and voila! My current favorite is Kale leek and quinoa soup because Kale and Quinoa are two of my favorite foods.
