I love the Lean Cuisine Brand over most of the others! The last Smart One meal I had though was out of this world....it was one of the newer "fruit sensations" meals...I think it was the turkey w/ Cranberry stuffing....really delicious!

It's your body telling you it's no good for you! Same exact thing happens to me if I don't eat fast food for a while. If I'd eat a burger from McDonald's or Onion Rings from Burger King....I'd get sick from all the grease almost immediately. I guess if fast food is your only choice...go for a grilled chicken breast…

I usually open up a can of Bush's Vegetarian Baked Beans....delicious & very low calorie, plus full of protein to help fill you up!

I made myself: 3/4 c. shredded chicken 3/4 c. broccoli 1/2 c brown rice all tossed w/ 2tbsps of Teryiaki Marinade....soooo good!

String Cheese is an easy snack with protein that helps fill me up! Raw cauliflower is good to munch on too!

I was just wondering about that...I remember reading something one time...it may have been one of the "Biggest Loser" books on how they had to reduce there calories with there new weight. Don't quote me on that...just remember something along those lines.

Hello! Just curious if those of you that have been on this site a while, does the calories the site gives you when you fill out your profile...if you stick to it, will you in fact start losing? Just curious...never counted calories before. Also, do you have to go in periodically and put in your new weight into your profile…
