you know I REALLY think cardio and strength, eating your correct number of calories by tracking everything will REALLY trim those areas down I wouldn't be too hard on yourself or too embarrassed! DON'T give up!!!!!! what is it you are tempted with?? can you eat a little and track it?? EVEN IF YOU EAT it...just TRACK it ... you will feel better about moving on if you do! I JUST learned that and it's great. :) Sorry you are going through that right now though :( I get it!

I agree!!! or if you aren't very hungry eat some soup like suggested, or some popcorn..... you don't have to eat your last 100 if you aren't hungry. but, if you ARE hungry i'm in total agreement with this post!

I THINK you can do it as a leisurely walk in the exercise section and know that you are likely burning MORE calories than that, but i doubt it would be enough of a deficit to hurt you with your intake. I would think of it as an extra boost to your fitness / weight loss goals! good job on those walks!!! :)

I think it's commendable for those that CAN eat in moderation. some of us, however, are completely addicted to sugar and moderation could be as detrimental as smoking in moderation when trying to stop smoking..... or drinking, or any addiction really. i LOVE the moderation idea, but, it typically starts a downward spiral…

thanks for putting it in perspective, you are very right!!!!! hard part for me is if I "fail" one time...it is a down hill spiral and it lasts for days...i'm on day 3 of splurging and not tracking... but,you are right...NOT failing... just tripped :) thanks!

I try to look at the nutrition facts ahead of time, then I know what to order... and don't have "calorie" shock later when entering it in :) and a lot of the times salads have more calories/fat than a burger...be careful!

I have a digital scale, they dont' have to be expensive...maybe $20 or so. i weigh my food before cooking it. when i'm making a recipe i weigh all the foods, i love the "grams" because it seems more accurate than "oz" but, anyway, i will then weigh my completed dish and figure out how many servings there are. it may seem…
