it is 2 days for it to show up. But, I agree with everyone else...weigh on friday. and warm lemon water REALLY helps with the bloating and helps you even out after ONE binge...just be sure to not do it again this week :)

loving this thread!! tonight I sauteed some butternut squash in coconut oil, sprinkled with pumpkin pie spice, and topped off with some unsweetened shredded coconut...it was like dessert! I paired it with quinoa for protein :) mmmmmmm next time i'll throw the quinoa in with the squash so it gets it's own coconut goodness!

happens to me on the elliptical as well. I dont' think there is anyting wrong. does it stop after a while? I honestly think it is how you are holding your feet.... or somehting like that... :)

maybe close to 400 calories, but NO where near 900! I can do the 60 minute plyo (which is WAYYY more intense than the cardio) and I burn 422 calories. Female/150lbs. but it truly does depend on your heart rate and intensity.

i can't eat just one cup of popcorn and i have to add salt :) olive oil is yummy too...but, not really for calorie counting :)

I also say shoes. go to a running store and they will fit you...they cost a little more, but they typically have a great return policy w/in 30 days b/c they don't want you to get hurt.... also be sure you are stretching those calf muscles...you do NOT want shin splints!!!!

i highly recommend going to a running store and getting fitted and spending a little more money to get a great shoe. most of the time they let you exchange them w/in 30 days ifthey aren't working.

I say don't bother.... it's not worth an injury or pain of any kind. There are lots of other things you can do, but i'd worry about getting hurt with 30DS. Good luck!
