Big emotional eater! I eat when I'm sad, happy, confused, stressed, tired.... You name it! I have been trying to ask myself why I am eating when I do! Feel free to add me!

Try eating more natural whole foods. Losing weight is sometimes as simple as calories in, calories out, but sometimes you need to give it a boost. Cut out the unneeded sugar (the soda and processed breakfast bars) and drink tea and high protein snacks instead.
