I would get fast food to eat during my commute home then go home and eat dinner and lots of beer.

I cut carbs to less than 50 and salt to under 1500 for a few days If that doesn't work I up my calories.

Try tracking you current calories as-is and just removing 100 calories everyday until you reach your deficit goal. I did it cold turkey 4000 calories a day to 1200 the next and that week was torture. If I wasn't paying for some expensive diet program I would have given up luckily my cheapness out willed my hunger.

My legs are huge and rock hard, my arms are skinny and I still have a belly. I'm down 60 pounds and very close to my goal weight I just hope if I keep exercising and eating right everything will balance out in the next year.

For me fast food is like the anti food it actually makes me hungrier so I avoid it. If it fits into your calorie goals it shouldn't really hinder weight loss.

25 and log everyday. I don't say much but chime in when I think I can help.

Reduce your calories slowly until you start loosing weight again. Everyone is different it's trial and error until you find your sweet spot.

I am lazy in the morning I usually just have a glass of milk or water with whey.
-
I made game out of portions when I started the goal was to eat with my eyes. 4 pounds of vegetables = 1 pound of extra lean ground turkey = 100 grams of almonds. I like to eat at least 2 pounds of food a day.

Pasta extra heavy on the oil.

Tomorrow if not maybe the next day.

I do it the lazy way and eat entire packages of food no guess work or scales needed.
-
The food scale will solve your problems I'm sure of it. Good luck!

I'm just going to guess and say 1800 calories is over and 1500 is under and you are breaking even. Also a "palm size" may weigh more than you think.

Just my grandma usually with pie in hand.

A 61 year old woman at my gym has a 6 pack and the body of a 20 year old it blows my mind. It may be harder but it's never to late.

I wasn't strong enough to quit and diet at the same time so I just ate everything and gained 15 pounds, I would suggest lots of cardio it's nice reminder of the damage to your lungs and justifies eating/snacking when you get a craving.

25/M/Canada all are welcome to add me.

I know the feeling. I turned down going out for St Patrick's day drinks the last few nights because I was dedicated to sticking to my diet.

Not really unless you are trying to build muscle. I would recommend taking a scoop of vegegreens in the morning.
