I live in the Toronto area and easily spend $400-500 on groceries a month for just me.

All the time but I can see where they are coming from my face is very thin but I'm trying to get rid of the last few pounds on my belly. I try to explain I have a BF% goal not a goal weight I think most people find that confusing.

I like to skip or have a small breakfast so I can have a huge dinner or snacks at night because that's when I usually cheat on my diet.

No attention from woman yet I guess weight loss doesn't cure ugly lol. I do find people are more respectful and approach me more often but I think that might have more to do with the confidence I'v gained from loosing weight and not the actual physical change.

Protein powder seems expensive but it's really not, A 10 pound bag is about $90 and has about 19000 calories and 3700 grams of protein (brands will vary).

Currently I'm using Dymatize mocha flavour it tastes pretty good and it's only $90 for a 10 pound bag. Double scoop with milk blended with ice mmmmm.

Like every one else said it varies from person to person. From 240-220 took about a month then 220-200 took 2 months 200-180 took 3 months 180-175 took 6 weeks etc...

What everyone else said. try eating 1700 calories EVERYDAY not just once in a while and don't eat back your exercise calories.

Scoop of whey is cold water takes about 12 seconds mmmm lumpy.

I don't know how much you weigh but I'm 5'10 25 year old and my sweet spot for weight loss doing heavy lifts is 1800 calories.
