I would think anything with nuts would be better than a wafer or caramel based bar. Cliff bars are one of my favorites.

It's just words if 7 is the average than 8 is heavy and 6 is light. I do consider people who drink every single day to be heavy drinkers.

I gained 10 pounds when I went on a 6 day vacation but it only took 3 days to take it off after getting back on track. It's definitely just water unless you are eating like 10k calories a day.

Like you cheat on your diet or just don't log it? I just log things on my phone or at the end of the day when I get home.

My go to meal is a pound of ground turkey/chicken, vh sweet chili thai sauce mixed with broccoli or any green vegetable its about 700 calories.

I don't think I have even made eye contact with most of the people at my gym I get my sets done and leave.

I cheetah all the time but it's usually around my maintenance. Some times you just gotta give in and eat what you want.

I lost 30 pounds and no one really noticed then I bought some new proper fitting clothes and everyone noticed immediately like I lost it all over night.

My lifts are super weak I can't wait to hit my goal weight so I can start building muscle. 5'10 177 pounds Bench 155 x5 dead lift 225 x5 squat 185 x5 OHP 90 x5 Not sure on 1 rep max I work out alone and don't want to find out.

I weigh my self pretty much every time I walk past the scale.

I took a liking to squats and dead lifts from day one, carrying around an extra 60 of body fat left me with some pretty power legs.

You will likely be burning alot of calories just by walking around all day and going on rides at the park. Just enjoy your vacation and maybe stay away from the funnel cake.

My shopping list pretty much every time. 6 pounds of extra lean ground turkey, 3 pounds of broccoli or bok choy, Chilli thai and sweet and sour sauce, milk, 100 Calorie almond packs and granola bars.

I wish I started lifting from day one.

Had to google it, Eating at a calorie deficit for 2 days then maintenance for 5 it sounds alright to me if you don't have much to lose. Edit: You don't need to pay for the program just count your calories.
