Day #8: TurboJam "20 Minute" and Brazil Butt Lift "High and Tight" burned 340 calories. Did some free weights since I had time. I think I may jump on elliptical while the boys are still napping, these shakes are giving me tons of energy.

Day #7 was yesterday. I didn't workout until late last night and then has call for work until after 10 which is pass my bedtime. Day #7: TurboJam Burn from Learn and Burn, then TurboJam Ab Jam burned 4000 calories in 37 minutes. Shakeology yesterday and stayed below my calories for the day.

Eat every 2-3 hours and snacks should not be more than 150-300 calories, so you don't cut your meals short. Meals should be 300- 400 calories. That way you can have 3 snacks a day instead of 2.

Day #6 : burned 505 calories doing 49 minutes of cardio exercises, including TurboJam "Learn & Burn" & "20 Minute".. That was a great workout. I wish I had a pool to jump in right now. Where is everyone?

DAY #3: 1/2 Year Challenge - Today was my day off. I went grocery shopping and ran errands all day. Drank my Shakeolgy and stayed under my calories intake. I'm going to try to workout tomorrow even though I don't usually workout on Sunday. Hubby has Monday Off and I may not get to workout when he is home.

Feel guilty means you know the right thing for your body, sometime we do that, but as long as you don't make it a habit. I try to get in a late afternoon snack so I'm not starved when we eat late, then I brush my teeth so I do't eat again after dinner. One day at a time.

It is never to late to join. We are just trying to get the second half of our year back on track. Think positive, you can do anything you put your mind to doing. Amanda great job. check out 1/2 year resolution post. It is a group of women keep track of what do do each day for motivation. It started today since January 1 resolution don't last all year so we restarted July 1st for a fresh start.

Great Job, taking it one day at at time any activity is good activity. You know you burned more calories in the cold water, because your body had to heat it up to keep you warm. Yeah for eating good. Keep it up.

Kelly I would aim for 30-45 minutes a day of cardio at least 3 days week. I prefer to do cardio /toning for 45-60 minutes b/c you burn more calories and tone at the same time. Cardio alone will not slim your body you must tone and strength those muscle under the fat to help burn more calories. 30-45 minutes of cardio at least 3 days a week and at least 2 days of 30-45 strength training and toning will show you better results than cardio alone. You can do just take it one a day a time. You may would to try a customized goal setting to jump start you weight lose. This will help you lose the first 10 quicker. Carb 40%, Protein 30%, Fat 30%. I plan on working out at least 4 days a week 30 minutes at day. I really hope I can do 45 mins a day 5 days a week, but with 3 kids at home it is a hit or miss. I put my workout on my calender just schedule it alike all my other appts on my calender.

Ladies I missed your start date. I did day 1 then did my brazilian butt lift sculpting and bum bum workouts the last few days. I will restart the Shred and try to keep up with you all. HRM says I burn 271, my hr 168 during the cardio parts, low of 137.
