I'm 5'2 and current weight is 132. My dr said my weight is good. I prefer 110-120 for my small frame. I care more about the way my clothes fit so get in 4/6 again and weight 130 I would be happy.

it happens, Log it and move on. One day and a few extra calories will not break you as long as you don't let it become a habit.

I'm 5'2 and 132, goal weight is 120.. I was at 140 due to health issues. Now the scale has just stopped around 130-133 mark.

I stop drinking Starbucks latte's.. Drink coffee at home with a splash of flavored creamer. I stopped eating processed foods. When eating out I choose better choice and take 1/2 of it home.

I had this issues, shin splint turned out to be stress fractures in m shins.. Try these tips, if still in pain go see your dr. Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevate. Rest 48 hours, Ice 20 minutes off and on during 48 hours, Compression sleeves on calves, Keep legs up.

Be careful with shin splints, stop if the pain continues. I thought I had shin splints from running but I woke up and couldn't walk I was in so much pain, I had 3 stress fracture in one shin and 1 in the other shin. I cleaned with my HRM on to get correct burn for myself... then your numbers will be accurate for you.. if you use the default numbers they will be much higher. Trust me I burn a ton scrubbing bathrooms and floors in my house.

Goal is to raise your heart rate and try to keep it up the whole time.. Weight training will help, the more muscle you build the more calories you will burn at rest. Walking, swimming (burns more than running) using more muscles at once with resistance and not hard on the joints.
