So tired! And bored! Thinking I need to get a good work out in, but my legs are so achy from standing up all day! Blah! What to do...what to do!!???

I was tired, bored and my feet hurt, so I just did 15 minutes of Just Dance on the Wii (instead of my regular 30) and then some crunches and bicep and tricep curls, so I was off my feet. Felt good to be doing strength training, I felt strong! Switch it up, strength training is also very good for you,0
