The more cardio I do the bigger my legs gets from muscle gain my calves and thighs are bigger. You may need to add in running or jogging to slim them down. Eat your calories. My biggest meal of the day is always breakfast, I have all day to use those calories. Then 2-3 snacks and lunch and dinner. I never eat after 8pm so I got o bed on empty stomach.

Throw out all the junk food. Eat small meals every 2-3 hours so you never have that I'm starved feeling which will make you overeat. I haven't done it personally, but my friend just finished week one and lost 5.25 inches. It works you will see result quickly. It is my next purchase. I'm doing TurboJam now, just finished Brazil Butt Lift, so TurboFire will be in September. Everyone I talk to loves it and can't get enough of it.

I count cleaning when I scrub the tub and shower or clean the house form top to bottom, which includes all of the following dusting, mopping, bathrooms, sweeping and doing 4-5 loads of laundry and putting them away. Day #9: Took Off b/c I got my allergy shots and I can't workout on those days, both arms hurt and it can make me go into shock from allergic reaction. Day #10 - Was my Belated Birthday Gift of Realxation. Mani/Pedi, then lunch with girls, and shopping.

Kelly, Come on you can do it, just go for a walk with the dogs or jog/walk alone great for your body, mind and spirit. You have to train them all to be positive.
