my heart has always 'skipped' a beat but I haven't noticed a correlation between them and weight loss. however I have noticed that my chronic cough and migraines have gone away! I hardly cough and i can't tell you the last time I had a migraine (knock on wood). What ever caused it to disappear, I'm happy!

go to the add food and search just japanese, or japanese steak/chicken and it comes up with all kinds of hibachi meals and stuff! I'm sure you can find something comparable. or just have fun and don't think about it! drink a glass of plum wine, its really good, but sweet!

you need to eat what you burn. other wise you will not have enough energy and you will be starving your body and that isn't helpful either. it will tell you when you add exersice that you've earned an extra so many calories. please eat them.

Aspartame was developed by the military. it started out as a POISON to attack the neurological system and meant to slip into a drink with out them noticing it and killing a person slowly over time. its not good for anybody, let alone a child. Google it. maybe I'm wrong, but I definitely don't let my child have it.

just avoid the rice and pasta. choose one with lots of meat and veggies in it and maybe a salad and u should be good. as for italian, I think unless you order the chicken salad, you are pretty much going to have a carb and calorie loaded meal. atleast do whole wheat pasta.

hey, its ok!!! weight goes up and down, and if you gained weight, it might just be muscle. try to focus more on how you feel and fit in your clothes than what the scale says. Try interval training. it always helps.
