  • 1 oz converts to 28 grams. Therefore, 3 oz would be 84 grams. That is all I am saying. What I am asking for is why am I so off, not what it should be. What variable am I forgetting?

  • If you are looking to avoid the basic salt & butter combo, I suggest first using white popcorn, not yellow. It has a stronger flavor. Also, like others have said, parmesan cheese, cayenne, garlic and onion powder... I prefer a Jamaican jerk dry rub.
