Hey, I was like this too and I had two knee injurys. I did INSANITY, PlanetFitness but I just follow the MyfitnessPal I eat 1700Cal a day I went to WAWA and I drink those big liters (2 a day) of water and I just walk an hour while I watch a movie on a tread mill..That's it!!
