  • i did the same last week, and it was my first week here I ended up with no loss on the scale. I just enjoyed, and skipped desert. The first course of bread and veggies is my fave, and the dips for the meats are to die for. Good thing its too expensive to go often!
  • Amazing accomplishment! Congrats on coming so far. :flowerforyou: Thanks for the inspiration.
  • Hi cyn. Congrats on finding your way here. Glad you can join us. Welcome!!
  • Fantastic seeing you shrink like that. You look wonderful! It has to feel great. Since I have about 50 to lose, it is motivating to see your accomplishment. Just terrific!! Thanks for posting, and congrats!! :flowerforyou:

  • Was there ever any doubt?
  • Peeps!! Ewww. Hahaha. I can relate though, since I have drastically limited my sugar intake for a few weeks now in giving up my coffee/sugar addiction. Tried a coke the other day and I couldn't believe how syrupy sweet it taste. Now I dont think i could ever drink even half of one. We are all doing our bodies a huge favor.…

  • Well thanks for all your input! I am not a binger so that is not a concern. I just ate 70 back in a little dark chocolate square, and .. i am out of milk. i am thinking a little peanut butter if the tummy talks to me. Since I am down 1.5 lbs this week, I just want to do it right, so I can keep the trend going. Weekends i…
  • My thoughts are with you on that upcoming surgery. This week you will both be mentally preparing. That's going to be the focus for awhile. And then the healing. This week, just keep your strength up, and get plenty of rest!
  • I spend about $100 a week, including household items . Just me and a teenager here. She keeps drinking all the milk. Tomorrow I go shopping, I will try to get out of there without paying 100$.. That is a challenge for me, but i will give it go,.
  • Yay, this week the scale moved a little!! Seeing nothing last week was a little discouraging, so I am happy. Normally I weigh in on Sunday's, but since ya'll were doin Fridays I stepped on the dreaded scale tonight. I started this challenge at 174.4, first week no loss, and today 172.8. So, very nearly 2 lbs down. And…
  • Sweet , we will do it together! Lets go!
  • I feel like that now. Not only was it a bust stressful work day, but i pulled a 12 hour shift at work last night without a dinner break. Its been a looong week, and i am tired from head to toe. Going to do it anyway. I find after 15 minutes into the routine , once I start to get sweaty, it really is energizing. I do not…
  • And definitely, you should have the apple instead of the Snickers.
  • Yes, perhaps a notice when someone was within a close range of the goal. Would be far better.
  • Sounds like a great plan Tara. Everyone shooting for something they want, perfect! It is also going to provide some good old fashioned family fun time which is best of all. So I missed my Wii-ing last night , due to a 12 hour work day. STill, since I set my goal to 5 nights a week, instead of 6 like I planned, I…
  • Yes I do agree we should not be encouraging friends to eat under their calorie goals. I have gone into my settings to remove my own feed for when I complete my food diary so I do not receive those congrats for going under.
  • Fantastic job, wow!! Thanks for posting. My goals are pretty close to yours and its inspiring to see it get done! Congrats to you!:flowerforyou:

  • Hey Emily. I am in Arizona too. The weather here today is spectacular. I don't put alot of trust in the FDA , next to none really. It's all about the $$$$$. More and more laws slip through everyday to limit our choices, so yes we should fight for the freedom to make our own, and not have big govt and big pharm choosing for…
  • Of course you will. All the tools are here and alot of supportive amazing people. Welcome!

  • I did this for a time some years ago. Yes, make sure and protect from birds and bunnies and whatnot.. We had failed to do that until they ate half the garden. There is absolutely nothing better than being able to pick your lunch stright out of your back yard. Talk about convenience! Not only that, the price is right and…
  • I vote for the restaurant too. No clean up. Too much??? I don't think so. She is a luucky woman.

  • My ten hour work day , turned into 12 yesterday, and I still didn't buckle. No jazzy aroma to the teeccino,? Yyyeah that would take half the fun out of it for sure. I am just guzzling the green tea today, trying to make my way to Saturday. :drinker:
  • You confused the cat!! That is awesome. Yay for the new Tracy. :flowerforyou:
