I would say make the kids part of your work out. I didnt have 5...but babys will sleep and other 3 good age to do jumping jakes etc. wii is great and I bet they would dance with you. I would play airplane and stuff like that. my boys 13months apart good luck

Does anyone have fluid under their eyes? Mine is awful. I just had a nurse say maybe I should be taking a water pill along with my meds. This is all very new to me so any input is welcome.. I did lose this week 3.8lbs woohoo scale has not moved in I dont know how long so maybe meds are helping

I always gain at first. My best advice is stay off the scales for few weeks and measure. I would do lighter weights and more reps. Put on a happy face :wink: your up off the couch... Cheers to you for that...main thing stick with it and be proud of yourself for what you are doing.... wendy

The key is knowing. You have to also watch things that you would think would be ok, some salads at fast foods are not as good as you think. Sunday is a new day. ;-)

Celery and PB and it is filling. I make sure and have healthy snacks special K bars, I also found 100cal packs almonds. I LOVE crystal light it helps me get in all more water and most days moe then I need. Chicken is a good choice, just need to change it up. I took 5lb bag and made 3 dishes at the same time, my prep time…

I just went to Dr. this week and was put on synthroid. I have been dealing with a number of things and didnt know they were all linked together. The last thing was fluid under my eyes. Very depressing last 6 months betweeen eye's, weight gain, fatigue. I stipped working out which just made it it worse. I'm back at the gym…
