I also wake up at 6am... slam a tall espresso then use an elliptical for 45min in the winter or go run for an hour in the palace gardens during the spring, summer and fall.

Well they are cracking down on it and have banned smoking in many countries, but here in Austria it is still pretty much legal except for trains.

Depends on the hospital I would guess. The hospital I was at in Europe had a fridge in the room with free beer and champagne.

I don't usually eat breakfast... I think the idea about eating your meals early is so you are done digesting before you sleep at night... so breakfast and lunch (then a light early dinner snack). But that is nothing I can stick to.
