5'11" SW 226.8 CW 214.4 GW 170 I am currently doing 6+ hrs. of cardio and lifting heavy 3 times a week. Hopefully I will be satisfied with my body when I reach my goal weight and not have to devote a bunch time to recomp.

Always! I am exercising to get in shape and to be able to eat a decent amount while dieting. I am trying to lose a specific amount of weight each week. If I quit eating back my exercise calories then I would lose too much weight.

Look this is not an exact science here. So for me weighing every single thing, such as prepackaged items, is a total waste of time and obsessive.
