I am having a hard time also. Maybe we could motivate each other to get the job done! Its hard to get back to it, but I always feel better when I do. I just need to force myself to do it. I also do a lot better when I have a partner or someone to hold me accountable. Good luck to you!

Lane Bryant has the best bras. I have on that can cross in the back and that holds me up, then if I am going to jog or play tennis I wear a sports bra over that. In everyday life I wear Lane Bryant bras, they work great!

I love to crank my music up! I put the most upbeat songs on, and tend to go faster with faster songs, and so on. Wow! I used to get Happy meals all the time! Never been asked or told that! I purposely drive around the fast food strip that is on my way home to prevent getting fast food. However, if I were in that situation, I would have done the same thing. Perhaps got the chicken nuggets though!

I do not count my cool down. However I punch in my time and speed for my calories, so, if I walk for 30 minutes and cool down for 4 or 5 meaning a total of 34-35 minutes, I don't add those last 4-5 minutes in. I probably have like 300 minutes not added in!

In the morning! Make yourself get up! It will make you feel so great and energized throughout the day! Then you don't have to worry about fitting it in later. Plus you might find that it might make your feet hurt less! Possibly!?

I say do what is best for you. Maybe get it and do it one day a week for like 20 minutes and do something else you are comfortable with the other days of the week. Then you can build yourself up to it. I always say, you never know til you try!

The treadmill is fine. I prefer it to jogging on the road, it seems to have more bounce and feels better on my knees. I would just do what feels best for you. I want to do a 5k this summer so hopefully I can transfer what I do on the treadmill to the road! Good luck to you! I see you started it today!
