I am 5'4", 29yrs old, and my goal is 165ish. I have a larger frame body & a lot of muscle, so 165 looks good on me. :) I was there once, determined to get back!!!

I have a friend that lost 40+ with weight watchers. The old way, not points plus. She didn't even go to meetings, all on her own. Plus exercise, plus she sits all day at work.

You know what is best for you! You have done a great job! Work for your goal. Yes, I worry when I stop I will gain back also, that's just the next step for us to learn, how to maintain!

Skull Candy are the best! They come with different size rubber fittings too! You should be able to find them at Walmart too, probably around $18.

I use ground turkey for everything now, I love it! The extra lean is the best for actual turkey burgers. I know this doesn't answer your question, but I just love Turkey burger! and Turkey bacon!

Keep on going! I quit cold turkey August 1, 2010. Hubby and I both did. To this day I still haven't smoked, but mostly of fear that I would start again. I don't know that I used anything to to help, but I have heard carrots and mints, gum, & brushing your teeth when you feel the need to smoke. I liked the mini altoid…

I sometimes feel this way and live in the country! I just don't wear my head phones when I get bugged out. Good luck to you, I know the struggle! Just think positive thoughts and try to keep your mind off of it!

The first person answered very well. I suggest start on Monday and have Sundays off. I also suggest following the program the first time. I guess its all about the muscle confusion.

I have been told to not go too hard with crunches in the beginning because you will add inches... You know? Building muscle under the chub. So you may have lost some, but gained it in muscle. Still do ab workouts but more toning. Just my suggestion.

I weigh in every week on Friday, if I gain I do not record it, however if I am still up the following Friday, then I do record it. Like a lot of other people here, I don't like to be congratulated on losing the same few pounds twice.. :) I also agree with someone above me, It should announce if you gain on your message…

Its completely fine. I like to take a sneak peak mid week and those numbers are crazy compared to what it is on weigh in day. It could be water weight! Don't worry about it. You are right, you didn't eat a pound worth of calories! What is the zig zag anyway? Sounds interesting.

That must be for 4 whole eggs. A large whole egg has 70 calories in it. Most things are accurate here, but it's always a good idea to check a foods nutritional value with the package it came in.

Do the ABCs with your toes pointed... It really helps! It also helps for the pain or tense muscles in your calves. Stretch, stretch, stretch, and stretch some more. Drink a ton of water too.... :)
