I get the struggle. I found when we had our daughter, it helped push me to get in shape. I kept thinking of all the things I wanted to be able to do with her...run in the park etC. feel free to add me if you want some encouragement and support . FullLifeNeil

It totally depends on where you are in your fitness journey and what your goals are. I fully believe that everyone benefits from resistance training but if you are just starting out walking can be great. Just plan to go to more intensity over time.

Honestly - try a good pre work out drink for a couple of days. Sometimes you just need a kick more than coffee

Welcome to canada! There are some really great fun challenges on tribesports that might help. I also like the idea of DVD"s…I started with Biggest Loser DVD's from walmart…less that $10 each. Moved on to others P90X over time. Find another sport you love to do? Find a workout buddy?
