I put them in my smoothies all the time, I soak them for about 8 hrs beforehand and store it in the fridge to use for the next days smoothie. Just cover them with 1/2in to 1in of water and let it soak.

Can someone help with Sugars? I do not use Stevia, how much is that equal to in Sugar, Agave or Splenda? Thank You!

Sorry! You are correct! I make them for both my husband and I and I halve the "recipe" so my #'s are actually for 1/2 Cup! But I was concerned that that was high for only a 1/2 cup of Almond Milk
