  • I've tried MANY crockpot chicken recipes from Adobo to BBQ Honey Mustard and what I've noticed is no matter what you put in it from Soy Sauce to BBQ Sauce, it all turns out tasting the same! Its OKAY, not bad but a little on the salty side and each dish tastes very similar. One Recipe I fell in love with is Turkey Chili:…
  • Do you think it would be ok if I saved the cheese on the side and threw it in when I heated it up to eat?
  • When you say full fat do you mean the 10% fat one? Because I totally agree, it tastes GREAT! For Cabot Greek Yogurt 10% is 310cal per cup where 2% is 180cal but I would much rather put less of the 10% fat one into a smoothie or oatmeal over the lower fat versions and it still tastes better!
  • Many people feel it is inappropriate to say something. I went from a size 8 to a 4, 27 lb loss and many people never said a thing. But once someone else mentioned it then everyone chimed in and was like Yeah I noticed but was afraid to say anything! They felt it was rude because it may indicate they thought you were heavy…
  • Do you live with someone? It is a LOT easier to do this with someone at home, or better yet- someone at work! Work is where you have Breakfast and Lunch, that's 2 out of 3 major meals! Luckily, I have someone both at home and work who are on MFP and invested to make their goal. We keep each other in check. You also need to…

  • Wow! 355 per serving? How many servings? Thanks!
  • For those of you who havent tried this machine, it ROCKS! The zucchini holds up well and it just tastes soo good as a pasta substitute! Its not as carby (nothing can truly replace pasta!) but its got the firmness and chewiness :)
  • Sounds delicious! Cant wait to try this over salad!
  • No advice to avoid Smoothie Pitfalls?! I had wished someone told me about Papaya becoming jello...

  • They are really simple :) the hardest part is the patience to peel them. Then it's just cut, toss and in the oven they go! Don't forget to shake the pan or flip them with a spatula every 10 min or so! Good Luck!
  • Yum! Will try! Thanks! :)
  • Wow! I didn't know it was only 350 Cal! For some reason I can never get Potatoes or Sweet Potatoes to crisp up well, do you know any tips?
  • In terms of veggie substitutes, I don't want to say because I haven't tried them. But I know there are a ton of good sweet potato and cauliflower bake recipes out there!
  • Yup you can definitely try the baby carrots (perhaps cut them in half if they are large) but for me, you lose the "fry" look/length which makes it satisfying for me, a girl can dream :)
  • These are SOOOO GOOOD! I want to eat the entire pan! I didnt see the "dont forget to grease the pan" til it was too late - but can't wait til the next batch! Going to try raisins instead of Stevia since I can't get used to Stevia yet. Thanks Again! YUM!
  • I spoke with 2 Trainers at my work gym and NYSC and 2 body builders and they ALL use Dymatize ISO-100. I never heard of it and only of OP but when I talked into a Health Store (a real one, not GNC) they said OP was just "name brand" and the legit stuff was ISO-100.
  • Thank You! I can't WAIT to try that Dal Recipe - by the Dal Expert hahahaha ;) I use a pressure cooker to make my other dal recipes with the Chaunk/Seasoning

  • It took me about 8 weeks to lose 15lbs then another month to lose another 5lbs. I lowered my cal count to 1200 (but in actuality ate about 1500-1800) and worked out 6x a week 2-3 hrs a day. I did it as healthy and normal as possible without cheats. Good luck with your goal, sounds pretty intense!
  • Great Goal! Best of Luck! These forums are awesome for support! :)
  • So no more heavy cardio (as seen in you post)?
  • Yup, I can't increase what I lift (I dont lift heavy just in general), I think because I am lacking protein I build muscle and then it dissapears, something about not feeding the muscle? Just to clairify- when I saw "Low Calorie Protein" I dont mean diet, i just mean no added sugars, etc.
  • Thanks! I understand that it will have calories, just looking for no additives and something that mixes well with water :)

  • http://www.theyummylife.com/Refrigerator_Oatmeal I found this site (on a MFP Forum actually) with 6 DELICIOUS recipes for overnight oats, SO GOOD!
