Thanks! I'm eating at about a 500 calorie deficit with the goal of getting in 100 g of protein a day. Otherwise I don't limit any particular foods. I almost always eat back my exercise calories. I buy a bag of frozen, individually sealed tilapia fillets. You can just cook them as you need. I prefer to pan fry on the stove top with olive oil and blackening sprinkled on each side. The YMCA where I workout has lots of paper towels and spray bottles with disinfectant spray around the gym. When I finish with a treadmill, I go and grab a paper towel and the spray bottle and wipe down everything I've touched. I don't bother cleaning it beforehand, just want to leave it clean for the next person. I do not…

I can make good food choices and feel completely satisfied on 1400-1500 calories a day. When I started this about a month ago I had no idea my nutrition was so disastrous!

Thanks for everyone's input. I've started weightlifting and need more protein for muscle recovery. I went to the health food store tonight to get flaxseed, but after talking with the staff and comparing, I actually got hemp powder.
