Last week for breakfast ,I had cottage cheese, Pollana seedless raspberry fruit spread & blueberries----Wow packed with flavor!!

I also use it as a snack--- triscut crackers topped with cottage cheese than a tiny bit off sweet pepper relish

I have been dieting 4 weeks & lost 2 pounds per week & have been feeling good----Now this week I started excersizing each day I feel like a wrung out dish rag. My husband works out much more intensly & sweats like a pig, he feels invigerated the rest of the day, Why??????

I boil asparagus til fork tender and drain immediately , add lemon & serve

I wash the potatoe & pat dry---roll in a paper towell & Microwave about 1 1/2 minutes then turn over and cook 1 1/2 minutes & let sit in microwave about 2 minutes. cut lenthwise and use my I can't believe it's butter Spray---a little salt and I love black pepper & enjoy!!!!
