Anything you get in to go container will unfortunately have lots of salts for preservative. Is cooking an option for you? I broke mine with mostly home cooked lentil soups which are high in protein, and adding more vegetables to lunch instead of yogurt.

Day 5 without chocolate yes! well, almost. I had a small square because I was feeling a bit hungry and did not want to eat apple, but it was aweful and did not feel like eating any more anyway. So I consider that a success, there was no old style stuffing my face with chocolate.
