it depends they say anything less than 1200 calories a day will put you in starvation mode so if your net is over 1200 but under goal i would say your fine for the day

i'm not too sure but they way i always look at it was like a paycheck. food is the gross and excerise is the taxes they take out so net is whatever is left over. and goal is like the amount you budgeted for that day lol i hope that helps

i know i use benifiber. i love it. you can put into anything and it has no taste at all. i usually add it to all my drinks when i buy them so i know im gettin it without thinkin. hope that helps. now the generic brand is not as good it doesnt desolve all the way
