  • Congrats! I see women in my Zumba classes all the time. I believe you can do it up until the third trimester, but I'm not positive. They always have so much fun and just do a little less bouncing and jumping the bigger they get. :)
  • Hi! I'm the same way. I really love the Insanity workout. Shawn T is really motivating and the energy is high. However, my best suggestion would be to try Zumba! It's so fun, you're basically just dancing and it is SUCH a workout. The average person burns between 600-800 calories for every hour of Zumba. Good luck!
  • Yes, just stick with it! I have done Insanity a few times and always see results. Keep in mind you will probably gain weight because you are gaining muscle and shredding fat. What you should be looking at is your measurements and just overall body tone. Take pictures and compare them to help you keep motivated. :) Good…
