Made my self go to the gym and have a public weigh in with my gym buddy (who is my ex trainer) I got home last night from a week in Savannah (lots of good restaurants) and was so mad at myself for gaining A LOT I really wanted to blow it off. He was relentless but I got a good pep talk out of it so it was good I went. =)

Tonight's dinner was a healthy Sole Florentine (adapted using a bit of FF sour cream, and a bit of parmesean, I used 2 bags of fresh spinach sautéed with fresh garlic. It made 4 servings and it was only 303 cals per serving) 4 oz sweet potato, and a cup and a half of grilled balsamic fresh asparagus.

Thank you Erico......but just came back from a week vacation and gained quite a bit.Probably a lot of sodium from eating out but I need another challenge!!

Well crap! I just got home this evening from a week of vacation in Savannah....I walked my butt off, drank lots of water, and did well the first several days with food. But then I succumbed to all the good restaurants there. Long story short I had my first no loss/GAIN week since last August. I]Oh well back on the horse…
