  • I've been so motivated just by being in this group. Keeping my promise to do at least 30 minutes daily...some days it's "only" gardening and weeding or going for a walk, but twice i week I now have a full hour spin workout. What a difference in how i feel. Thanks.
  • Okay, today I did floor exercises (crunches etc) for only about 15 minutes--but the evening is young and i will get the other 15 in. The rest of you are incredible.
  • Glad there is a way to check in. New to posting--not sure how to do that. Is is "new topic"? Anyway, just joined and love the obligation I've put on myself to be active. • This is a GREAT IDEA

Easy to make enough for 20 and to serve…

This will make 2 servings (one for today and one for tomorrow) and will be sooo good.. 1) Put 1/2 c. steel cut oatmeal in a small saucepan. 2) Add just under 2 cups water. 3) Turn stove to high until oatmeal boils,…
  • Make a poached egg, while the water boils, wash some fresh spinach, wilt the damp spinach in a skillet. Serve the egg over the spinach. The egg yolk makes a nice sauce. I like to serve it on a piece of wheat toast smeared with a tsp or so of light cream cheese Dee-licious.
