Yeah, maybe its a good idea to invest in an ice cream maker or a frozen yogurt maker! Ice cream isn't bad at all. Save a little bit of calories a day so you can have a bowl!

I've never tried it... I wouldnt try it either. Its not real ice cream. Not to mention, who knows what kind of artificial ingredients are in it.. Yuck, Id rather fit real ice cream into my day. But if it works for you, that's good. One of my friends was really excited to try it, and said it was disgusting.

Its normal for your weight to fluctuate. Weigh yourself first thing in the morning after you use the bathroom in the same scale in the same place for the most accurate reading!

Eat what you want in moderation! Keep weighing and measuring your food, stay within your calorie goal a day, and get some exercise in a day, and you will see a loss!

I'm just about 20 weeks pregnant and I haven't found any pregnancy setting on here lol. I had my calorie goal set to 1500 calories a day prepregnancy. But now that I'm pregnant I raised it to 1800 calories. But on days that I'm extra hungry, I eat until I am content. I still log, but totally do not mind going over.

I log everything I put in my mouth... vitamins, water, fruit... etc. Fruit is healthy but a banana has over 100 cals (depending on size) and an apple is like 90 calories. That adds up!

Do what feels right for you!!! I agree with what someone wrote above.. people get used to seeing us heavy that sometimes they think someone has lost enough even though they could be healthy lower too.

Try not to give yourself a timeline. It took me about 10 months to lose 50 lbs. It takes a while. But, when you lose weight slow and steadily, it stays off more easily. :) Good luck!

I would look up a BMR calculator and stay as close to the goal provided as you can. It isn't healthy to eat that much underneath your goal because your body needs energy to be active throughout the day.
