I have felt this way too. Like my coffee is so yummy it cant possibly be under 200 cals lol. But if you are logging your milk and sugar accurately dont worry about it.

I was a soda fiend... I was concerned with high fructose corn syrup in regular soda and aspartame in diets. I switched to maine root beer which is fair trade and doesn't have any of those chemicals...

I haven't said bye to anything... I still eat whatever i want but practice moderation. On days i go over i just try to get some exercise to make up for it or just make sure i don't go over my calories the following days...

same here. I did it as a really young teen and i did lose weight but i was hungry a lot as well. I dont feel ww is a permanent solution. Mfp is more permanent because you actually learn to know how to calculate your own bodys needs... And its free which is a bonus lol

Wow im so sorry you are dealing with all of this right now... When it rains it pours!! You need to eat though... Mourn the relationship with your boyfriend... Heartbreak sucks... But you NEED to eat and you need to take care of yourself for not only yourself... But also your daughter!! Here if you need someone to talk to!!!

Just log what you eat and drink. You have been very successful so you know how to do it! Just log what you drink and have fun. If you go over your calories today just make sure you stay within your calorie goal tomorrow. One day wont ruin anything!

Don't beat yourself up!! It happens to the best of us lol! If you are concerned about your weigh in, id postpone for a few days! A few days of overeating can make me fluctuate anywhere between 1-7 lbs, its crazy!

Chia seeds do have some nutritional benefits. I don't put them in drinks though because they get slimey... But i do throw some in to whatever when I'm cooking and also throw them into whatever I'm baking too. :D

It's sad that people who do not care about what they put into their body judge and criticize others who actually do. I would seriously just ignore them...
