It doesnt sound disordered to me, but usually, if someone is asking if their eating habits are disordered, it usually is! Meal times do not matter! It sounds like you are doing just fine but if you have doubts, you should seek some advice from a nutritionist or dietician!

Same here! I never knew or wanted to know how much i weighed! I weighed myself at a friends house with her scale and i was in shock!! I bought a scale that week and it really helped keep me accountable!

Eat your meat or at least add beans or other types of protein because protein is important. If you are trying to cut down on calories at dinner time, cut down on the starchy stuff.

I do the same thing... We go grocery shopping once a week and we plan out the whole weeks dinners the night before so we know exactly what we are getting and I know exactly what meals I'm gonna be preparing. I have taken certain brands of multivitamins that have made me really sick, puke, dizzy, etc. Try switching your brand of vitamins and only take them with a meal from now on!

Tacos or burgers with ground chicken or turkey meat if you dont wanna do red meat. Bbq chicken crockpot melts on rolls is one recipe i found that looks delish.

Even though sodium isn't really an issue for most people. It makes sense that there is a high level of sodium in Chipotle's food. Almost all restaurant food has a high level of sodium. It's always better to make your own food at home!

Wow, that's crazy!! You should google a BMR calculator and get a better number and I agree with above posters and you should change your goal to 1 lb a week especially now that you are so close to your goal!

Hi, I'm not a big breakfast person but one of my friends swears on oatmeal for breakfast. I shop at Whole Foods. It is pricey but if I am careful with my budget and meal planning and figuring out what my family needs for the week and can go without then it can be done! I loooove their Echo Farms Miracle Pudding and they have an awesome prepared food section where me and my hubby and our son stop for lunch…

Thanks for all your help, ladies! I have been consuming anywhere from 1800 to 2500 calories a day but i didnt know if i was eating too much some days. I just used the calculator and it says 2200 calories for second trimester so im actually not going too far over. Thanks!!

Eating natural or organic obviously doesnt affect the calories of whatever it is you are eating. Also, eating organic chocolate verses eating nestle chocolate doesnt make it less fattening or make it as nutritious as a salad. That is an insane statement lol.

I agree with the other posters. You really need to eat more. I would eat your moms cooking but just work it into your day. But you really should be having at minimum 1200 cals a day!

I guess the way i look at it is breakfast is breaking the fast like while sleeping. So i would count everything you ate at work to be for that same day whether or not its after midnight.. thats just me though so idk... maybe try it out that way?

Last february i was at my friends house with her and one other friend. We were all heavy. We were talking about how we all needed to lose weight and we took turns getting on the scale. Seeing 211 lbs on the scale was a wake up call! I started that day instead of the usual tomorrow tomorrow *kitten*!

This. Measure out and make your own food plan. Thats all nutrisystem is... except they do it with highly processed food. You can do the same thing using mfp and it will allow you to eat the foods you actually like... and doing it that way will teach you how to eat long term that way you can keep the weight off too!!
