Oh my god! do not feel guilty for wanting to have a few luxuries to yourself! Us moms are ALWAYS putting ourselves last for everything. When we go grocery shopping, we each pick out a snack for the week... This week I picked out chocolate pudding and these chip things. If my kids were older, I'd put a damn label on the…

Lol, I totally get it. I'm pregnant right now and my boyfriend is totally confused by my weird cravings and either very little appetite or i'm starving all day lol. if you have to skip your workouts for whatever reason, maybe try just going for a walk or something. even if its only 20 mins, every little bit helps. try…

On and off dieting for my whole life... Stepped on the scale at my friends house (i didnt own a scale) and saw that i weighed 211 lbs and i was only 5'2''!! total wake up call!!! my two other friends were there, we were all heavy, so they suggested all weighing in together and trying to lose weight on a diet. I am TOTALLY…

Take a deep breath! Instead of beating yourself up about it, just start consistently logging. Don't think of it as a new years resolution. Do it for now. Start NOW. just start logging consistently and staying within your daily calorie range. If you can't do a full blown work out, just go for a 15-20 minute walk 4-5x a week…

I didnt do a creative announcement with either of my babies. Just told a few people then everyone else heard from word of mouth. But for my dad i got a congrats card and wrote, "roses are red violets are blue youre gonna be a grandpa to my little brother or sister too!" Then i sealed the envelope up. And when my son went…

I'm surprised at the rudeness of some, DEFINITELY not all, of the replies here. We all have our own battles we are fighting, and you know what, we all have our own way to lose weight. Though fasting of any sort isn't what I want to do, I am not going to lecture somebody about them doing it when I really am not that…

I agree to an extent. Sometimes its not avoidable though. I am a mom to a four year old boy and another baby on the way. For the most part, we eat organic and unprocessed but there are always special occasions where other food is unavoidable. Id rather cave and allow my child to eat food thats not real once in awhile, same…

I'm 4 months pregnant and I am legit so exhausted all the time. I skipped going to the gym for like six weeks and then had to force myself to get back into it. I lost over 50 lbs over the past year so when I got pregnant with my second child I figured I would continue working out... But I had to skip the six weeks because…

If you are busy with work and your son and cant be active enough, you should focus on staying within your daily calorie goal and logging consistently.

I think you should eliminate cheat days. I would not restrict any foods. You can still have all the foods you love, just not as much or all at once. Have what ever food you want just focus on fitting it into your daily calorie goal. Some days if you go over, whatever, but dont devout a day to eat whatever you want or…

I used to feel like this too. Id always join a gym then never commit to going regularly because i felt just as you described. However last year i joined after years and years of not belonging to one and i decided i no longer gave a *kitten* what anyone else thought about me being there lol. I joined for me and everyone…

I HATE breakfast, always have. But i feel better typically when i eat in the morning even if its just a little something like crackers or something.

I really think you should talk to a professional. I had a lot food issues and i went therapy for a few years. It helps. Your state of mind is really disordered, as was mine, except i wasnt underweight or restrictive, i was obese... disordered thinking is disordered thinking though. With help, you can get better and stop…
