I don't do cheat meals or cheat days but if I feel like having something that is going to make me over my calorie goal, I eat/drink it without worrying, as long as its not an everyday occurrence. Labelling it a cheat meal set me up for failure for the rest of the day. And having a cheat day made me eat sooo out of control…

There are no zero calories foods... Even green veggies have SOME calories. think of food as fuel. your body needs the fuel for energy to do the things it needs to do! If you try to eat as low calorie as possible you are going to be hungry and more likely to overeat later on in the day.

Don't be scared! You are so unbelievably active, you would have to be going over your calories a tremendous amount to even gain a 1lb of that back. If you are worried, just keep consistently logging that way you know how much you are really eating, and that should give you piece of mind that you will not gain! :)

I don't eat soy. 90 something percent of the soy is genetically modified and it is known to elevate estrogen levels which can cause all types of problems. Drink your coffee with just a little bit less sugar and some organic milk instead. Also, chia bars are great little pick me ups for needing a little boost of energy!

I love tuna!!<3 my go to meal for awhile was tacos... They don't take long to make... Meat for protein, add the veggies to the top, but i got sooo sick of them! I need a new go to meal lol.

I wouldn't worry about that unless you have a medical condition which requires you to monitor sugar. Fruit is excellent for you. Days I have fruit I consider it a win because its so healthy for you. The sugar is naturally occurring sugar, so you will be fine!

Not really too low cal but last night I made a calzone, the night before sloppy joes, and the night before that chicken parm. Calzones are great because you can sneak veggies in! Allrecipes.com has tons of recipes!

I don't eat breakfast right away usually. I will have a coffee. And pack like a granola bar or some crackers or something... And for lunch, maybe you could pack leftovers from dinner from the night before. Either that, or healthy frozen meal or frozen burrito or something. Make sure you pack enough snacks and enough water.…

You will still lose as long as you burn more than you eat! Eating more is great motivation to work out!
