Maybe switch up your exercises so you can hopefully find one you enjoy more? Make sure you give yourself rest days every week. Also maybe upping your calories a little bit and having some coffee before a work out

I try not to... by distracting myself with water or occupying my time with something else to take my mind off it but if I really can't because I'm genuinely hungry, then yes, I eat :)

I don't know how to log running... I am pretty sure there are a bunch of apps for it though. Also you can monitor your fitness by a fitbit or jawbone devices :)

That sucks!! I have heard from a few of my friends that having 1500 calories one day, then 1700 calories the next, then 1500 calories again helps get them over a plateau! I will definitely be repeating week one's workouts lol, and I will probably have to repeat all of the weeks workouts because even when I used to be skinny, I STILLLL could not run lol. No. I don't really think it counts. I only really log exercises that I am doing for intended exercise... whether it be going to the gym, swimming, or going for a walk.
