  • I prefer to work out at nights (after 9pm) by a long shot...Motivation, hydration and everything on target so im ready to go but sometimes life doesnt allow it to work like that. So sometimes morning it is and I just force myself. When I run though, I tend to do better in the early mornings...go figure.

  • Can you switch to a smaller sized can for starters? That way you get the fix but dont have the normal sized can/bottle with the added calories etc

  • Love my coffee...mine is freshly ground coffee in a French press with some lightly foamed milk and sugar. I prefer mine over a cafe one any day of the week!
