  • I get my weight checked once every two weeks, I would more often but the scale at my house is old and not trustworthy so I go to my family doctors who are super friendly and encouraging :)

  • Would I date someone overweight? I don't even consider that when I am looking to date. This guy is all about the personality and feeling, not the looks....looks are nice but they change with time its more important someone be happy

  • as a around 300 pound man this is what I do around 1200 cals with a 3-4 mile walk almost daily. If I get hungry I will eat more but usually I feel pretty good so it doesnt bother me in the end
