  • The first few days always seem to be the worst. I try to eat something every few hours. I find that fruit fills me up. It isn't what I would call low calorie, but it is nutritious and also satisfies my sweet tooth. I eat oatmeal for breakfast, a fruit around 10, light lunch, fruit around 2:30 or so, and a balanced dinner.…
