After work, about 5pm. I have to be to work at 6am so there's no way to workout before then. Then Saturdays have bootcamp at 9am.

I wake up at 5am and am at work by 6am and I drink my coffee then and anywhere between 7:30-8:30am is when I eat my breakfast. Actually been having green smoothies. Lunch is around 11am Snack is around 3pm Dinner is around 6pm.

I've been doing green smoothies all week and I've done different variations of fruit and/or other types of food. I used: sliced apples mixed berries mango bananas also threw in some avocado tofu and that's about it for now. I tried a 3 day smoothie cleanse but only made it completely through 2 days. I want to try it again.…
