Good for you! The main problem with your feet not touching is when you move up to heavier weights, you won't have as much leverage to push the bar back up. I'd suggest getting a couple of the step boxes or something solid so you can have that leverage.

I've been trying to cut my carbs to mostly my breakfast and lunch. If I eat what everyone else is eating, I usually end up eat 2-3x more carbs in the one meal, than the whole day. I have been watching that, though. Thanks for the tip.

I understand number 1 completely. I try to do this on a daily basis. About number 2, I'm currently 380 pounds, and about 99% positive that I couldn't ride 25 miles to and from work on bike right now. I live with both parents, my brother, his wife, and his kid. My brother and niece are VERY VERY VERY picky eaters, so my mom feels like she has to buy the food around their needs. She'll buy food for a full week (not the healthiest food most of the time, just affordable) and my brother will buy food for the next week…

I've been unemployed for almost 2 years now, and my parents don't seem interested in weighing and measuring. They will buy me the foods I need, but they still buy their own snacks and dinners and they offer it to me constantly. I know it's my choice to say no, but it's to some time.

I realize that, but I give myself too much credit for burning 1000 calories that day. I've been fat my whole life, and it's not something you just learn overnnight. I know it's a total, I just didn't realize it was that effective.

Walk 5 minutes Jog 1 minute Walk 1 minute Jog 1 minute Walk 1 minute Jog 1 Minute Walk 6 minutes Then I head inside and do this immediately 20 Pushups 100 Crunches 30 Lat lifts (I just use a speaker I have) 30 Chest press (with same speaker) Then I repeat with smaller increments 15…
