Hi what are you on a day in calories. Make sure your eating enough as that will slow your weight loss down.

I would say keep going. Mines come off very slow but I only wanted to lose a stone. I eat most of what I burn too. I see it as I've worked for it so I'm eating more. Found it easy when I excercise as haven't given up on foods I love. Just make sure your logging the calories right and it will come off x

Hi im allowed 1200 a day but the more I move the more I can eat so it has made me work harder. I didnt have much to lose and I have found it so easy and have chocolate and take aways just making sure I was in goal by net

Are you eating more than 600 but after exercise it nets at that? I'm your height and my weight went up to 9,8 after a back injury. I'm 8,11 at the moment and still wanting to lose more but I'm not going as low as 8 stone. May be 8,4 upwards

Yes I love this site too. It's got me back to where I want to be. Did weight watchers but not online. The eat free fruit would now if logged on here take up most of my daily allowance. My mum and friend also joined and have had weight loss.

Hi I'm a veggie and have pasta with weight watches garlic sauce and a weight watchers baguette it's yummy my daughter has it too and loves it. She's 12 and not dieting. Also asda do a healthy range of take out stuff. I get prawn linguine or prawn curry and rice and have them with ready to eat poppadoms which all together…

Hi I have breakfast Monday to Friday at 7am I have cracker bread with light cheese a banana and a weight watches yogurt at 10.30am as long as your in your set calorie goal for the day eat when your hungry. A small box of strawberries are very low in calories

Hi I've just joined too. After suffering a back injury I had to stop the gym and my horse riding lessons. My weight went up to 9 stone 8 I am only small and was normally around 8 stone 9 anyway I now go to the gym again and have lost 2 pound. Hi make sure your eating enough so you feel full and not hungry so you have headache or go dizzy. You do well to burn that a day. I'd be treating myself to a big slice of cake a day. If your burning that much I'd say you could get a way with eating what you wanted x
