Just bought CIZE and am going to start it tomorrow. I have been disappointed with only losing 5lbs with the cycling daily for the last month. Hoping this in addition to the cycling will give me the weight loss I need.

Sunday is rest day. I will log my calories but allow myself an extra 300. Mostly because Sunday is family meal day and we do it up big. I think, if you portion it smart, you can eat pretty freely just be honest when you log and learn from it. Tweak it here and there so you get maximum enjoyment and the most reward.

I'm 5'4 and need to lose probably, realistically, 100lbs! Its HARD. I am literally going one day at a time. I can't think long term because I psych myself out and fail. Baby steps. Lots and lots of baby steps.
