I know when I use the elliptical machine at the gym I usually burn about 280-300 calories in 30 minutes depending on the intensity. So burning 316 calories in a half hour is doable if it's an intense workout.

Don't deprive yourself, but don't binge. Moderation is key. If you want some pizza, eat a slice of pizza with a salad instead of half the pizza. If you don't let yourself have it, you'll only get frustrated and are more likely to fall off the wagon. At least in my experience.

I've had friends that have done it and I've thought about it too, but all of them have gained the weight back immediately after they stop taking it. I want a more permanent solution to my weight loss so I stick to the old fashioned exercising with a healthy diet way.

I'm 5'3" and started in December at 170lbs (at my heaviest weight) . My goal was to reach 130 by this month, but I am currently 140. The closer you get to your goal the harder it becomes. Once I get to 130 though I may shoot for 126 which is the size I was 6 years ago. For me though anything smaller than that makes me look…

I've lost 13.5 lbs and my size 12/13 is only a bit loose. Not enough to drop a size yet. But like many who have this problem, I have big hips.

i'm a couple days behind but i'm not gonna quit. i just did 01/11 workout after my usual workout. the star jumps are still killer. i was only able to do 50 this time. i'm still really sore from my workout yesterday. i did the 40 squats and 40 situps too. tomorrow i'm gonna try to do 01/12-01/15 to completely catch up…

Did 01/08 exercise...my goodness those star jumps killed me. i started the challenge after the previous Star Jumps day. i was only able to do 45. i did the push ups (girlie ones) and the 35 sec plank though and i still have my regular exercise to do for today to. i can see how the star jumps are a good exercise though.
