This site says the formula was altered. Date on review was 12/10/13. I too was searching for answers when I came across this thread. Bottom line IMHO, supplements just aren't the best way to loose weight and keep it off. http://supplement-geek.com/plexus-slim-review-ingredients-side-effects/
