Pork Picnic/Boston Butt with ANY seasonings you are in the mood for is the VERY BEST meat dish in the crock pot! I cook for a minimum of 8 hours and my families favorite seasoning is Adobo (in the spanish section of the grocery).

I belong to the school of "everything in moderation". When I do have peanut butter, I have half a serving on a nice half of toasted bagel. Helps get rid of the peanut butter cravings. (cause I used to sit in a dark closet with the jar and a spoon!!!!)

I have two lists that I created and use for my walking depending on my mood. Angry Walking List is a lot of Linkin Park, Korn, Rage Against the Machine and Metallica Upbeat Walking List is BEP, Britney Spears, Beyonce, Kat Deluna and Sean Paul

I also use allrecipes.com because you can search by ingrediants for different ideas. I hat when I get in a cooking rut so I force myself to put in a few standard ingrediants and make something new!

STRETCHING - STRETCHING and more stretching. Always warm up before your work out and cool down afterwards using stretches. It really helps keep the muscle soreness down to a minimum!

Chili's has some good Guitless Grill Options. I think you have to ask for it though...it isn't usually on the menu but the Guitless Grilled Salmon is really good!

Just Dance 2 and EA Sports Active 2 are the best. HAve also used My Fitness Trainer which is ok but gets kind of old after a while.

I track everything that passes these lips to keep myself on track. Fruits for sure because that can really add calories if you are not careful. Fruit and veggies are GREAT foods - but in my opinion...calories are calories and I am tracking every last one of them.

"riced" cauliflower would just be cooked cauli that is put through a ricer or food mill. (Which is a fancy way of making mashed potatoe's as well)

there are alot of variables. How long have you been at it? Are you drinking a lot of water (it helps your body shed the pounds).

You are not supposed to use cast iron on the glass top stovetops. I do because the surface scratches it can cause is worth it to me. If you don't slide it around you shouldn't have much of a problem.

I use ground turkey in my spaghetti sauce and my family is starting to prefer it that way. Also did turkey tacos and they were fabulous. I really think anything you use beef...you could substitute ground turkey or chicken. I wait for chicken thighs to go on sale and then use my food processor to process it myself.

I have been at it for a month now and I am no longer hungry during the day...but still struggle with the evening cravings to BINGE. Last night I was in bed watching TV with some of the strongest cravings I have had to deal with. I drank some water and ate a carrot and then went to bed!

I have been using EA Sports Active 2 for a month now and I LOVE IT. A lot of flexibility so you won't get bored.
